General
- Strollers are allowed, please start in the back
- DOGS are not allowed on the course
- Please arrive no later than 5:30PM

- All notifications will be made via FaceBook, & Twitter
- The course time limit is 1 hour and 15 minutes
Parking is LIMITED-Metro Available
- The exterior Pentagon lots along Army Navy Dr. can be used for parking
- Fashion Centre parking garage can be used, but charges a fee
- Closest Metro is Pentagon City and Pentagon (blue/yellow line)
Baggage Drop
- Must use clear Gold’s Gym bag provided at packet pick up
- Begins at 4:30PM. Must pick up by 8PM.
- Check at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.
Post Race Festival
- Trust us, stay for music, food/drink. Open to all ages
- Awards start at 7:30PM. Stay, cheer the award winners
- Awards will be posted online by 9/11 at 7pm
- Photographs will be posted online within 3 weeks
